in a more tranquil zone

Retreated to the Joe Muggs at the local Books A Million, sat and had a great discussion with a friend on theological underpinnings to personal philosphies and subcultural differences (he is from Wyoming, I am from this area, but have spent so much time in the DC and LA areas I have a different take than most around here have).

Had some playful banter with the crew...they still remember the reading I did there two weeks ago for National Poetry Month and were good naturedly ribbing me about what my next trick will be.

I think for now, considering all the bs I'm encountering, I'm just going to sit and write and wait for the events already in the pipeline to come down.
