lord of poetry, leaping
So much to do, so little of me. Not much to say, rght now. I have jumped off a high cliff with no precise means or plan of landing, just accepting the notion that the leap was necessary.
Typical. But not really. Usually I have only leapt when I was leaping to something specific. This is an act of faith.
Faith is powerful. We shall see just how powerful.

Now, see, this post was just begging for a graphic.
Yup, the Romantic Poet of the Internet, bounding across the stage ala Baryshnikov.
I'd like to see that, please.
BTW-You'll land on your feet. Have faith.
What doesn;t kill me, pisses me off. You wouldn;t like to stand in my path when I am of a wrath.
Uh, no I wouldn't.
The former comment was intended as a compliment, by the way,
Baryshnikov is brilliant, and hot.
You are scary when you are angry, with your words alone.
Didn't mean to irritate you.
Am sorry if I did!
Hope you enjoy your evening.
No offense taken. I was merely saying I am a survivor, I was not offended. I am a fan of Misha's work, by the way.
I'm thinking there is a really cool correlation between poetry and dance.
While not always necessary, How much better are poetry and dance with a nod to convention?
To me, your poetry alludes to classic study of universal truths, mythology and also to classic poetic form. You've obviously mastered convention and form and are free to play with both to create new and modern ways of expression.
When I've seen Baryshnikov dance I've been left with a similar feeling. Here is a man who has painstakingly trained his body and mind and muscle to master classic ballet choreography. He was so well immersered in these memories that he can now dance in any way he chooses.
Add the indefineable-magic, talent, and inspiration, and there are no limits to how one can move or create.
Mr. DeVault, thanks for taking me there to that spot. It is easy to see why you are a survivor.
There is something to be said for "Poetry in motion"...
